Central European University aims to secure a stimulating and supportive working, teaching, learning and social environment
which promotes equality and equity, and respects the rights and dignity of all academic and administrative staff, prospective, current and former students, associate members, bidders, contracting parties and visitors to the university. CEU endorses an inclusive environment that values diversity in line with its multicultural profile.
At CEU everyone must be treated equally
on the basis of their merits and relevant objective criteria, regardless of age, disability status, ethnic or national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, socioeconomic background, political or religious beliefs, or family circumstances including pregnancy, parental status, marriage and civil partnership.
