Show evidence supporting the Essential Requirements, demonstrate commitment to the accreditation process, and host an Initial Accreditation Review to achieve a two‑year initial accreditation.
Incorporate review findings into improvement efforts, implement actions to drive improvement, monitor progress using diagnostic tools to measure effectiveness, and provide evidence showing the impact of those improvement efforts.
Attend a Cognia-sponsored conference or training on Continuing Accreditation, conduct a Self‑Assessment using the Cognia Performance Standards, and host a Continuing Accreditation Review to achieve a six‑year continuing accreditation term.
