PO7. Global/Multicultural Competence: Identify and analyze relevant international law, legislations and judgments of other countries that influence decision-making in Commercial law/Criminal law litigation;

PSO1. Disciplinary knowledge: LLM in Bhubaneswar to provide conceptual clarity of fundamental legal principles and recent advances in the field of corporate and commercial law/Criminal law through academic studies and publications;
PSO2. Research-related skills: Use research-based knowledge and techniques to analyze and interpret evidence in court and to obtain solutions to socio-legal problems
PSO3. Effective Communication: To be a competent teacher of law with effective communication skills and in-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial law/Criminal law, the area of their specialization;
PSO4. Community engagement and social responsibilities: To promote legal understanding among the general people with regard to the formal need of commercial law and criminal law that touches the day to day life. ;
PSO5. Critical Thinking and problem-solving: Be enabled to logically analyze and apply the concepts of the legal provisions related to Commercial/Criminal Law for the benefit of a greater society by addressing the socital issues and ideological framework;
PSO6. Global/Multicultural Competence: Identify and analyze relevant global factors that influence legislative and judicial decision-making.
Eligibility
Admission to the
LLM program in India
at BGU, which stands as one of the
best LLM colleges in India
, shall be open to those candidates who have passed the Three-Year LL.B. Degree Examination from a recognized University or Institution after Graduation under 10+2+3+3 pattern; or Five Year LL.B. Degree Program under 10+2+5 pattern as is recognized by this University as equivalent for LL.M. Degree Program and have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate for the general applicants, and not less than 45% marks in aggregate for the SC and ST applicants, in the LL.B. Examinations.
Applicants with a valid *LSAT /CLAT/AILET/XLET / BGU Entrance Test score will be preferred for admission into the LLM program. The University shall conduct an LL.M Entrance Test (LET) for each academic session. Admission shall be made according to merit in the LET subject to the fulfillment of eligibility requirements as determined by the University and availability of seats in the LL.M. Program. The students who have passed the CLAT or LSAT examinations shall also be allowed to join the Program subject to the availability of seats.
