Student Life The Student Affairs team is here to help you successfully navigate the challenges you may have as you work to find success in the classroom. They also provide support for the extracurricular activities you can get involved in at Dunwoody, including student government and student groups. Financial Aid Office Financial Aid is here to help you understand the different ways you can get funding for your tuition and fees, including federal and state financial aid, scholarships, and loans. Registrar The Registrar is here to help you with all things related to registration and student records, including: Academic plans Course registration Transcripts Transfer evaluations Student Accounts Office The Student Accounts Office can help with how to pay your tuition, payment plans, and financial planning both for while you go to college and after you graduate. Newkirk Learning Commons The Newkirk Learning Commons (Blue Level) can provide you with the print and electronic resources you need to complete research papers and other projects for your classes. The library space also provides quiet spaces for study as well as collaboration spaces for students working on team projects. Student Success Center The Elftmann Student Success Center is here to help you succeed in your classes. Services include: Tutoring Guided study and workshops Technical video library Useful learning tools and resources Technology & Service Desk The IT Service Desk provides support for your Dunwoody-issued laptop. In addition, Information Technology at Dunwoody works to provide networking, software and hardware solutions for students and faculty to assist in the learning that takes place on campus. Veterans & Military Student Resources The College’s Veteran & Military Student Center is located in Black 34. Dunwoody’s Veteran & Military Student Center was established as a way to support and honor our veteran and military students. The space serves as the primary meeting location for Dunwoody’s Veteran & Military Student Organization. Students can stop by to study, access resources, or connect with others. Career Services The Ferrara Career Services Center offers employment assistance to all students and alumni. Resources include: Access to Handshake, Dunwoody’s online job board Résumé and cover letter help Job interview coaching Preparation for on-campus career fairs Print Services Dunwoody’s Print Services Shop is an on-campus, digital print shop open to all students, employees, alumni, and outside clients. Here students can print personal business cards, portfolio work, and outside projects. Resources & Spaces for Women & Allies Dunwoody College provides resources and services to support women and allies on campus. The College organizes events, provides support and resources, and hosts outreach programs for women, girls and allies interested in STEM. Bookstore Dunwoody’s Bookstore is a convenient, on-campus one-stop shop where you can rent textbooks, purchase classroom supplies and Dunwoody gear, and grab a quick snack. The Bookstore also sells bus passes and Go-To-College bus passes. Moore Center Welcome to The Moore Center, a safe and inclusive space where all students can gather, relax, study, and socialize with their peers. Home to the Community Partnerships department, including staff from the Pathways to Careers  signature scholarship program, The Moore Center provides a dedicated space to connect with staff members, collaborate on projects, or take a break between classes. Located on the Green Level, The Moore Center was established by Wenda W. & Cornell L. Moore. MacMillan Center/Cafeteria The MacMillan Center operates as a cafeteria and event space for the College. Taher Inc., Dunwoody’s food service provider, offers three meals daily, Monday through Thursday, and breakfast and lunch on Fridays. Meals plans are available. Visit Taher Cafe for details. Snack items and beverages are also available from nearby vending machines.
