In 2013, Act 66 – the Vermont Home Visiting Law – was passed, and on December 1, 2023, the accompanying
Rule
was updated and approved.
The
Vermont Home Visiting Manual
was also created and recently updated to provide guidance and best practices for all family and early childhood home visiting service providers and home visitors in Vermont.
