About Me
Hi! I’m Ken. I lead operations at a life sciences company. Our son started kindergarten at ACDS this year, and we’ve loved watching him grow in confidence in such a supportive, close-knit community. Even our younger daughter, still in preschool, enjoys greeting the teachers and students at morning drop-off. As a family we love hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors together, and I’m always happy to connect with prospective families and share our experience with ACDS.

Hi! We transferred to ACDS at the end of the kindergarten year, they were wonderful supporting the transition. It is awesome when the school’s philosophy aligns with the family’s parenting style. My 3rd grader enjoys sports (soccer, baseball and gymnastics) and is also learning Mandarin over zoom. He enjoys video games, making videos in his free time. My 1st grade child enjoys gymnastics, swimming and creative playtime. He loves dancing and singing with his brother.
About Me
We transferred from another private school. Regrading was a tough decision that turns out to be the best decision we have made. Both my children has blossomed into exuberant students under the immaculate care and teaching at ACDS. I am a consultant for an overseas firm and has been enjoying volunteering at ACDS, with this close-knit parent-teacher community.

My 4th grader played rec/comp soccer since she was 4.5. Most recently joined AFC comp soccer league. In addition shes playing basketball (NextLevel at Branham), flag football and choir (After school club). In her spare time she likes thrilling roller coasters, golf, dancing, movies and playing dress up.
About Me
My mother fostered a great love for our Mexican culture and my father embedded my deep Southern roots. I was born and raised in San Jose, graduated with a sociology degree from SJSU. I’ve spent the last 15 years in tech as an HR professional, championing community and inclusion. I love the arts—dance, musical theater, you name it! My faith positions me to spread joy and positivity!

I'm a mother of three. My youngest son is in the 8th grade & I have a son who is a 2024 alum and a daughter who is a 2022 alum. I left my job as a respiratory therapist several years ago and have been busier than ever since then. My son has loved his time at ACDS and previously as part of the TLC -The Learning Center.
