The Department of Management aims at nurturing prospective business icons and entrepreneurs to contribute in fulfillment of the society’s need for innovation, rejuvenation and socio-economic growth. It aims at developing young talent to lead and operate business organizations in the ever-changing global scenario. The programmes are designed such that during the course of programme completion the student inculcates skills, knowledge and strategic perspective to comprehend and work with the globalised business environment. The aim is to facilitate, cultivate and enhance professional attitude, essential skill set and ethics of the business world.
In the current highly competitive business environment, for achieving a leadership position in any scenario organizational or entrepreneurial, young managers need to develop a strong career vision, along with having an unwavering sense of commitment, professional expertise, determination, and leadership qualities. Economic and world diplomatic trends project India as the emerging economic superpower due to its consistent growth rate and purchasing power parity. For turning this assumption into reality, the educational and training set up and institutions will have to help Indian organizations in becoming stronger to compete in the world market successfully.
