The Human Resources Office, under the direction of the Vice President of Finance and Facilities/CFO, is responsible for:
Administering personnel policies and payroll
Maintaining employment records including classifications, absences, rates of compensation, hours of work, appropriate performance evaluations, salary and wages, and fringe benefits.

In accordance with IRS regulations, Eureka College will provide a copy of your
Form 1095-C
upon request. This form contains important information about the health coverage offered to you by Eureka College and may be helpful when preparing your tax return.
