What is Password Self-Service?
The Password Self-Service system allows students, faculty, and staff of SUSLA to securely reset or update their passwords online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Password updates made through this system apply to the appropriate university email accounts and supported campus services, helping ensure continued secure access to institutional resources.
SUS System Account
Your Southern University System (SUS) Account provides access to the following systems:
Banner 9 Dashboard
Canvas
Dynamic Forms
SUS System email account
Email Format:
First name (dot) last name followed with @sus.edu
Example
:
john.doe@sus.edu
Note
: Use
SUS Self-Service Password Reset
option to update or reset your SUS system account password.
SUSLA Local Campus Account
Your SUSLA Local Campus Account provides access to the following services:
Computer login on campus devices
Campus Wi-Fi access
Campus email account
Email Format
:
First letter of first name + last name (up to the first 9 characters) + last four digits of U-Number
Example
:
jdoe7564@susla.edu

: Use the SUSLA Self-Service Password Reset to update or reset your local campus account password.
