About:
Life Center Academy believes that the God-given responsibility for the education of children rests primarily with parents (Deuteronomy 6:6-9). As a Christian school, we exist to serve as an extension of the Christian family, supporting and complementing parents in this sacred duty. Accordingly, our school is intended for Christian children of Christian parents who share our commitment to a Christ-centered life.
At LCA, we define a Christian family as one where the mother, father, and student are born-again believers, actively involved in a Bible-believing church, and dedicated to living lives consistent with the teachings of Scripture.
The Bible forms the foundation of all education at Life Center Academy. From God’s Word, we derive essential principles, beliefs, and values that we seek to instill in our students:
Biblical Worldview:
All knowledge is understood through the lens of Scripture. Every academic subject is taught with reference to the absolute truths God has revealed (2 Timothy 2:15).
Respect for Authority:
Recognizing and honoring God-ordained authority shapes our understanding of God Himself (Romans 13:1; Hebrews 13:17).
True Success:
Success is defined by discovering and fulfilling God’s will, developing godly character, and overcoming shortcomings (Joshua 1:8; Proverbs 22:6).
Salvation through Christ:
Personal acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is essential for true success in Christian education (John 3:3).
Respect for Others:
Following the Golden Rule promotes healthy, loving relationships (Luke 6:31).
Personal Integrity:
Honesty and truthfulness are upheld at all times (Psalm 1:1-2; Ephesians 4:29).
Diligence and Excellence:
We encourage a strong work ethic and a commitment to always doing one’s best (Ecclesiastes 9:10; 2 Timothy 2:15).
Christian Witness:
Students are encouraged to live boldly for Christ and share the Gospel through both words and actions (James 4:17; Matthew 5:16; 28:19-20).
Traditional Family Structure:
We affirm God’s design for family as one man and one woman united for life (Genesis 2:24).
Moral Purity:
Students are called to honor God with their bodies, maintaining purity and health (1 Corinthians 3:16-17; 6:19-20).
Patriotism:
We cultivate love and respect for our country, honoring those who have sacrificed for our freedoms, and commit to praying for our nation’s well-being (Romans 13:6-8; 2 Chronicles 7:14).
At Life Center Academy, our goal is to nurture students academically, spiritually, and morally to equip them for a life that honors God and serves others.
