This alert provides information and our recommendations regarding the Department of Treasury and Finance’s amendment to FRD 104 Leases, which requires right-of-use assets arising from non-concessionary leases to be subsequently measured using the cost model, replacing the previously applied revaluation model. The amendment is effective for reporting periods ending on or after 30 June 2026.
