As per AU Ordinance No. 39, the main objective of the Association shall be the objectives of the University as in Sec. 4 of Assam University Act (1989).
That is to maintain contacts and solidarity among graduates of the University and to raise funds for the development of the University.
Mission
To organize and unite the alumni of the University.
Vision
To bring and connect Alumni with great knowledge and experience for the benefits of the students and services to the University to drive value of future of the University.
In the line of vison of New Education Policy 2020 on global outreach, Our vision is to connect Alumni of Foreign origin as well as Indian Alumni settled or living abroad and share their knowledge and expertise in the field of academics matter, student support as well as mobilization of resources- financial and non financial with overall development of the University.
