Online Services
OPAC - Online Public Access Catalogue
This feature-rich Online LMS, there is never a need to worry on valuable data. All of your data, including archival data, remains instantly accessible all the time—with no system slowdown. Up-to-date information on books, members and status reports is just a click away.
EBSCOhost
A powerful online reference system accessible via internet. It offers a variety of proprietary full-text databases and popular databases from leading information providers. The comprehensive databases range from general reference collections to specially designed, subject-specific databases for public, academic, medical, corporate, and school libraries.
Philippine E-Journals
An expanding collection of academic journals that are made accessible globally through a single Web-based platform. It is hosted by C&E Publishing, Inc., a premier educational publisher in the Philippines and a leader in the distribution of integrated information-based solutions.
Starbooks
State of the art facilities to access science and technology information via the STOO portals. A technically-qualified staff will be on hand to assist STARBOOKS users on-site while an online Librarian's HelpDesk service will also be available to answer queries.

Library Programs
Free Coffee
The University Library supports students by offering complimentary coffee on the first day of each semester and during
major exam periods (Preliminary, Midterm, and Final exams). During these times, the library also extends its hours until
10:00 PM to provide a convenient and comfortable environment for study and research support.
Seed Library Program
The University Library proudly implements a Seed Library Program aligned with SDG 2: Zero Hunger, aimed at promoting
food security and better nutrition within the academic community. Seeds, generously provided by the Municipal Hall of
Biñan, Laguna, are available at no cost through the library. Students, faculty, deans, and administrative staff may obtain
seeds for planting. Librarians, in partnership with faculty members, actively monitor the program from planting to harvest
to support successful outcomes.
Community Outreach Program
The University of Perpetual Help System Laguna recognizes the pivotal role of education in community development. In
line with its commitment to social responsibility, the university library launched a program titled "Reach & Read:
Spreading Literacy, One Community at a Time." This initiative aims to address literacy challenges in underserved
communities and foster a culture of lifelong learning.
International Collaborative Conference
The International Collaborative Conference connects scholars and partner institutions worldwide to share research,
exchange best practices, and promote global collaboration in teaching, learning, and innovation.
Library Newsletter and Annual Reports
This section contains the Library’s Annual Reports and Newsletters, which provide summaries of yearly accomplishments,
programs, services, and major updates. These publications keep stakeholders informed about library initiatives and
developments.
Current Awareness Services
Acquisitions
The library added new titles to support current curricular, instructional, and research requirements.
These materials strengthened the existing collection and provided updated academic references
across various disciplines. The list of newly acquired books and their availability was accessible
through the library catalog.
