Content Overview
The Traffic Police Road Closure Permit is issued to allow event organisers (EOs) to temporarily and safely close any part of a public road, to conduct an event. Events may include sporting event (such as marathon, walkathon, triathlon or cycling rally) or any procession, parade, celebration, ceremony, gathering or activity.
All applications for road closure permit application will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Applicants may wish to refer to the User Guide – Traffic Police Road Closure Permit (SPF) for more information.
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
Pre-filing of information from the event organiser’s MyInfo is exclusively accessible via Singpass login.

Applicant is required to submit the following documents along with the application:
Event Data Sheet
Stakeholders Engagement List
Road Closure Schematic Plan
Government Agencies Support Letter
Accepted File format: .xls, .xlsv, .pdf, .doc, .docx
Max File Size: 7 MB
