It is possible to Reduced Teaching Load before and after Childbirth, allowing professors to recover their health and focus more on infant care.
Target
Full-time and part-time faculty members who have given birth to children
Content
For faculty members who are pregnant or have given birth, the teaching responsibility for one year during the Academic Year・Semester in which the child is born or the Academic Year・Semester immediately before (or after) childbirth shall be 3 hours (6 hours for general education).
