I lead the business as CEO, having joined Belu as COO in 2015. I get a kick out of making things happen whether at home or at work. From house renovations to turning bold ideas into reality, budget or not. I’m resourceful, commercially savvy, and brilliant at translating vision into action.
I love the hands-on nature of small business—where you can operate at pace and drive meaningful change from end to end.
Alongside my career, I’ve raised three children embracing flexible working and proving that hard work and balance can coexist. My best ideas often come while walking my Springer Spaniel in the Surrey Hills.

Supply Chain Operations Director
I’m Nolan and I’m the Director of Supply Chain Operations and Finance at Belu Water, a leading UK Social Enterprise that puts people and environment first. I’m responsible for delivering ongoing improvements in Belu’s environmental footprint, including a CO2 emissions reduction of 59% since 2010, creation of the lightest weight UK made glass bottle for still and sparkling mineral water, making Belu the first UK water brand to roll out 100% RPET across the whole product range, measuring packaging footprint and mapping water usage.
I enjoy setting the forward strategic operational direction of the business whilst keeping its ongoing sustainability journey as the priority. I am a big believer in the benefit of collaborative relationships when it comes to impact reduction. By working closely with our supply partners and customers we have enabled our relatively small business to achieve significant sustainability goals. The investment we have made to reduce our impact over the last decade – and which we will continue making going forward, will also allow us to keep on learning, improving and knowledge sharing, well into the future.

With 24 years of commercial experience, I began my career in the corporate sector, working as a buyer for major UK retailers for seven years. I then moved into sales, partnering with leading grocers and specialist stores for 12 years. In 2019, I joined Belu Water—a social enterprise—and now lead as Commercial Director. I’ve helped guide the business through startup growth, the challenges of COVID-19, and into a thriving phase, overseeing both Business Development and Customer Relationship teams. My strengths lie in adaptability, cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a positive team culture. With a strong commercial foundation and customer-centric mindset, I’m passionate about contributing to purpose-led organisations. Outside of work, I’m kept busy by three children and a dog, and I love nothing more than visiting our fabulous customers—or enjoying a great meal in one of their venues.

I look after more than 200 of Belu’s mineral water and filtration partners, ranging from small independent cafés to large multi-site hotels and national chains. As the day-to-day contact for our customers, I support them through onboarding, renewals, and beyond, resolving issues quickly and building mutually beneficial long-term relationships that drive loyalty and advocacy. You’ll often find me checking in with partners, representing Belu at industry events, or delivering training on site. Purpose-driven with a passion for great food and drink, I spend my free time with my new baby nephew, at home baking something sweet or drinking a glass of pale rosé – whatever the weather!

At Belu Water, I lead growth across On-Trade and Wholesale channels, building purpose-driven partnerships with key and national accounts focussing on driving our mineral water business, filtration and our newly launched Belu Cans. I’m passionate about using business as a force for good and driving sustainable growth with real impact. Outside of work, I love being outdoors with my family, whether it’s coastal walks, pub lunches, or cheering from the sidelines at my son’s football matches.

I work with our customers making sure they understand the Belu story and supporting them with their own ESG goals. I look after our filter customers from hospitality to workplace. Day to day I’m training customers and managing their requests. I’m a strong team player and a proactive problem solver – I love working with people across the business to deliver on what Belu needs. I really enjoy sports and play netball outside of work – often on a Tuesday I’ll be lugging in equipment for training on my commute.

When not in business mode, I am either walking around Epping Forest with my two sausage dogs or exploring London’s wine bars (I am French after all).
