Due to Illinois Department of Public Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic, individuals who wish to make a public comment during a Commission meeting are strongly encouraged to participate remotely through virtual or telephonic means. To comply with social distancing guidelines, requests to provide a public comment in person at an ICC office during a Commission meeting are subject to applicable occupancy limitations. The ICC may not be able to accommodate your request to speak in person during a Commission meeting, and therefore, you may be required to participate via remote access (WebEx or telephone).
