Information for Prospective Families
Open House Dates
Open Houses are 2 hours long and whole families are welcome. In order to meet staff, current students and parents, visitors should plan to stay for the duration of the program.
No registration required.
During our Open House events, childcare is provided for children under 10 years old.

Thursday, Jan 22 6-8 pm
Saturday, February 7th 10-12 pm
High School
Thursday, Nov 6th 6-8 pm
Saturday, January 24th 10-12 pm
School Day Tours
Time:
8:35am – 9:30am
An Innovation Morning tour is a one-hour tour of the building including classroom visits and a question and answer session.

Tours are for parents and caregivers.
Eligibility Criteria
IACS is a public school for students in grades 5-12. IACS does not discriminate on any basis. Admissions policies adhere to all state and federal regulations including public School Regulation 603CMR 26.00, 603CMR 1.05 and MGL c71/89 which states in part:
Charter schools shall be open to all students on a space available basis and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, creed, sex, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, ages, ancestry, athletic performance, special needs, and proficiency in English language or academic achievement.

Presenting work publicly is an integral part of every Innovation student's experience.
Mapping the Merrimack
Students map the Merrimack in an interdisciplinary course that combines history, geography, and geology.
