There I had a wonderful team of sports medicine doctors who treated me extremely well, from PT to major surgery. I wasn't expecting to find the same level of care but I found just that with Dr. Kym. He is very friendly and takes time to talk to you about all your options. He even drew out things on a white board and used bone models to explain everything scientifically, which is far more than any surgeon I've worked with. The surgery was successful and the recovery easy. My wife and parents are now seeing him and I wouldn't hesitate to send many more his way. Thanks to Dr. Kym and his great staff! Rex Davis 15:50 27 Nov 23 I send Dr Kym when he did both knees in 2019 in Lewiston Idaho. I can say it was well worth all effort. He told me he would do the knees but I had to promise to try to get my weight down from 310 and I can tell him that because of my mobility I am now down to 213lbs and slowly still dropping. I have dropped long acting insulin, no more ozimpic and a a1c of 6.0 .Thank you so much for the great knees . I can hunt, hick , and do some things I thought I had lost for good . Le Ann Wilson 16:02 19 Sep 23 I broke my femur in June 2021 and underwent surgery to attach a plate and several screws to my thighbone and knee. The operation was not performed by Dr. Kym. Three screws near my knee were the cause of constant pain and discomfort, and I decided to have the hardware removed. The orthopedic surgeon who repaired by femur was reluctant to remove the plate/screws, so I contacted Dr. Kym. On August 14, 2023, Dr. Kym removed the hardware - I felt immediate relief! The 45-minute day surgery (Gritman Medical Center. Moscow) was a breeze; I was admitted to the hospital at 6:00 AM; the surgery took place at 7:30 on the dot; and I was discharged before 11:00 AM. Five stars! Sierra Valentine 21:31 25 Aug 23 Best experience ever with a Ruby She was so sweet and accommodating of my style and went far above and beyond my expectations. Making me feel welcome, seen, listened to; she was so gentle with the much needed arm cleaning and application of this work of art. She even offered me glitter when I asked for a “very loud rainbow cast”, simply because she could tell I needed it. She didn’t make me feel self conscious in any way about me smelling weird and having dirt between my fingers from having the temporary gigantic cast I received from the ER. Give this girl a raise, she deserves it and give her commission on the glitter casts too because she knows what she’s doing, she does it well and is humble but extraordinary artist. I would love to have more people like Ruby involved in my treatment squad. Maybe consider cloning her or at the very least she could be Chief Officer of Glitter and Glamour.
