What does 'international student' mean?
International students are not citizens or permanent residents of the United States (or an applicant for permanent residency) AND have not/will not graduate from a Texas high school after three years of residing in Texas.

Enrollment Options for International Students
We offer three types of enrollment to international applicants:
International applicant FAQs
International Freshman
International applicants who either have no college credit or earned college credit prior to high school graduation may apply as an international freshman.
International Transfer
International applicants who have some college credit earned after graduating high school may apply as an international transfer.
International Graduate
International applicants who hold a bachelor's or professional degree may apply as an international graduate.
Proof of English Proficiency
Citizens from non-English-speaking countries are required to submit proof of English proficiency.
