Careers Support and Advice - University of Winchester
We are proud to be a Top 10 UK university for employability (Uni Compare 2026).
Our dedicated Careers team offer free, impartial advice and guidance to support our students and graduates, wherever you are on your career journey. The team may work with your course within the curriculum to help you explore where your skills could take you, to articulate your strengths, and to plan your next steps.
We offer both in-person and online appointments for one-to-one advice to support with career direction. Our central resources and sessions provide key information on topics such as CV development, interview techniques, assessment centres, further study and support with your professional digital profile.
We work with a range of local, national and international organisations who are keen to access student talent and employ our graduates. We run regular careers events and panels so you can build industry links and understand where your degree could take you.
Our online career management platform hosts a range of part-time job vacancies, placement positions and graduate job opportunities and resources.
