Description:
This camp is geared towards those seeking to participate in the football program in the Fall. The football camp is an immersive camp tailored for athletes aspiring to grow in their athletic performance. Our developmentally focused camp combines essential elements of Speed, Agility, Quickness, Conditioning & Strength Training. Designed for athletes at both lower and upper levels, participants will benefit from an evidence based and systematic approach to improving athletic development.
Athletes will be grouped according to their training experience and technical proficiency, ensuring a tailored approach to their development. Beginners will focus on building technical proficiency and movement competency in foundational athletic qualities, laying the groundwork for future success on the field. Meanwhile, intermediate and advanced athletes will continue to enhance their size, strength, and speed qualities, preparing them to compete at the highest level.
The goal is to elevate each athlete and gain a competitive edge in preparation for success on the gridiron.
Multi-Sport includes Cross Country/Track & Field, Wrestling, Golf, Lacrosse, and Soccer.

: Our multi-sport performance training camp is designed to collaborate with summer leagues schedules and games/practices. The camp is designed to enhance overall athletic performance. Geared towards athletes at all high school levels, our program offers Agility, Quickness, Jump/Plyometric Training, and Resistance Training to elevate overall athletic performance.
Athletes will be grouped according to their sport focus, training experience and technical proficiency, ensuring a developmentally appropriate approach to their training in the weight room. Beginners will focus on building technical proficiency and movement competency in foundational performance strategies. Meanwhile, intermediate and advanced athletes, depending on the day, will fine-tune their speed, strength, power, and quickness qualities through speed work, dynamic plyometrics, footwork drills, and age appropriate resistance training.
Whether you're a novice looking to lay a strong foundation or a seasoned athlete aiming to sharpen your skills, our camp offers an evidence based approach to enhance your athletic development.

Geared towards middle school athletes looking to start developing themselves athletically, our program integrates Speed, Agility, Quickness, Jump/Plyometric Training, and Light Resistance Training to maximize athletic potential. This camp has also been set up to allow athletes to be a part of both basketball and football in GAC’s summer programming.
Athletes will be grouped according to their training experience and technical proficiency, ensuring a developmentally appropriate approach to their training in the weight room. Beginners will focus on building technical proficiency and movement competency in foundational performance strategies, with a strong emphasis on reducing the risk of injury through proper biomechanics development. Experienced athletes will continue to build onto their progression from the school year PT class.
