Glenaeon Rudolf Steiner School Ltd is a not-for-profit company. The Directors of that company form a School Board which is responsible for matters of finance, governance and stewardship.
Directors go through a detailed selection process, and the Board maintains a balance of professional skill sets that encompass education, finance, human resources, law, marketing, building and facilities.

The School Executive leads and manages all key aspects of daily operations, championing a cohesive and effective learning environment.
This includes oversight of student and staff wellbeing, organisational planning, financial stewardship, and the smooth delivery of all operational services that support learning. The Head of School provides strategic leadership and direction across these areas, serving as Chair of the Executive and guiding the School’s long‑term vision and priorities.
