The Ephraim McDowell Health system offers three hospitals. Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, our flagship hospital, is located in Danville. It has been serving the community from its current location since 1918. Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital, located in Stanford, joined our health system in 2001. And Ephraim McDowell James B. Haggin Hospital, located in Harrodsburg, joined the EMH family in 2017. All are equipped with advanced technology and highly-skilled and qualified providers.
The Emergency Departments at the three hospitals are also verified as Trauma Centers and provide care 24 hours a day. The Emergency Departments are also certified as Pediatric Ready. In addition, Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center and Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital provide maternity care with private birthing suites.
