Level 1: ground level access to the covered walkway into the Rosemary Square building, but limited parking spaces.
Level 2 and Level 3: stairs access only down to the covered walkway into the Rosemary Square building.
Level 4: stairs and elevator access down to the covered walkway into the Rosemary Square building.
When approaching parking level 4, please bear to the right of the white cement parking cones and then make immediate left following signs for additional Rosemary Square parking. Proceed to SW corner of the parking garage. Stairs and elevator access available in the corner.
Handicap Parking is available on all levels with most spots available on Level 1 in the SW corner of the parking garage.
