We accept many health plans through health insurance and provider networks. However, each health plan is different. We want to make sure you have the coverage you need before you receive care. Phoenix Children’s has a centralized medical record department with access to all our locations, including inpatient, outpatient, urgent cares and Phoenix Children’s Pediatrics clinics. Medical records can be requested through this department. Some information is available in the Patient Portal as well.

You can schedule or request an appointment for your child via our Appointment Scheduling page — you will be prompted to enter your child's information and will be able to select the type of appointment you need. If you would like to speak to someone regarding an appointment, call

If your child needs immediate care, go directly to your local urgent care center or emergency department. If your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

Yes, our Wayfinding app is available on the App Store and Google Play. It can help you navigate to Phoenix Children's Hospital - Thomas Campus and find the closest parking garage to your appointment. The app can also provide step-by-step directions to anywhere on campus, including elevators, restrooms and the location of your appointment.

Our Patient Portal provides users with access to a child's health information from Phoenix Children's, which can include managing appointments, messaging providers, Phoenix Children's medical history, discharge instructions, summaries of doctor visits, lab results, and more.
