Nethradhama Super Speciality Eye Hospital is a world-class facility focused primarily on quality eye care with cutting edge technology and highly skilled doctors. With a Mission “Vision care par excellence” and Vision “Leadership in the Eye care domain”, Nethradhama strives to live up to the expectations of its patients. The patient is the most important asset of our hospital and at the heart of all our efforts to promote or restore eye health.
We hold our core values -teamwork, respect, integrity and compassion very close to our heart and strive to maximize patient satisfaction. We were the first eye hospital in India (2008) to get accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NABH) Standards for Hospitals which are ISQUA accredited (The International Society for Quality Health Care). A decade of pursuing quality and safety has enhanced patient satisfaction and catalysed staff engagement.
The progressive culture of the organization with a focus on risk management was strengthened through a successful ISO 9001:2015 certification and NABH ECO (Eye Care Organization) STANDARDS accreditation of our Jayanagar branch. It is indeed commendable that all our branches at Rajajinagar, Indiranagar and Mysore have received the Entry Level Pre-Accreditation NABH certification.
Our CQI projects on “Visual Management” and “POKA YOKE” was successfully implemented on all our branches. Our corporate social responsibility with a “Vision: Affordable eye care with empathy & kindness to reduce preventable blindness and Mission: Eye care for all with a Humane Touch” has fulfilled the hopes of better vision and eye care for many economically under- privileged patients. Our new state-of-the-art facility “
Bangalore Diabetics Eye Hospital

)” under Shraddha Eye Care Trust & Diabetes Club is opened at Vasanthnagar, Bengaluru. Our doctors and staff extend their support and free services at IDEC. We wholeheartedly welcome philanthropists to contribute and participate in this social cause of ours.
The Nethradhama Education & Research Foundation promotes and sponsors the academic & research activities. We are recognized for Diplomate in National Board (DNB) affiliated to the National Examinations Board (NBE), Fellowship programs, Bachelors in Optometry-Nethradhama School of Optometry and a new course -Bachelor in Hospital Administration, which is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
