The Health and Wellbeing Academy offers a range of affordable and flexible services to support the community of South West Wales.
Our services complement those provided by the NHS and allow people to make informed and positive lifestyle choices to improve their health and wellbeing, services include: osteopathy, audiology and cardiology.
Research is an important element of the Academy which draws on the
research strength
of the School, providing world class
teaching and learning opportunities
aimed at maximising benefits to the wider community.

To Our Valued Service Users
The Health and Wellbeing Academy would like to thank you for your continued support. It is thanks to you that our students can gain invaluable clinical placement experience, an essential part of their education while we continue providing high-quality care for our community.
In line with the recent Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase and the resulting rise in operational costs, it has become necessary for us to make a small adjustment to our appointment fees. This change will ensure we can continue investing in our students’ learning, maintaining excellent service standards, and sustaining the Health and Wellbeing Academy for the future.
We are confident this update will allow us to continue delivering a high standard of care while further enhancing our teaching facilities.
From the 1
st
of January 2026, the price of our Osteopathy service will increase to
£20.00
per appointment.
All existing and new appointments from this date will reflect the new price.
