Target
Full-time executives and Faculty & Staff with children attending high school
Content
In accordance with the regulations on allowances, etc. for public officials, if there is a child attending high school, payment is made annually based on the standards for public officials (Ministry of the Interior and Safety).
However, tuition assistance allowances for children receiving free Academics are not paid.
Duplicate receipt of tuition assistance for the same child is not permitted if the spouse is a public official or an employee of a private school, designated post office, public institution, local corporation/agency, or national university corporation whose personnel costs are subsidized by the national or local treasury.
