Rejection of Unauthorized Email Collection
We refuse the unauthorized collection of Mail Address posted on this website using email harvesting programs or other technical devices, and please be aware that violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.
Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Address, etc.)
No one shall collect email Address using a program or other technical device that automatically collects email Address from an internet Website without the prior consent of the internet Website operator or manager.
No one shall sell or distribute email Address collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1.
No one shall use an email Address for the transmission of information knowing that it is an email address whose collection, sale, and distribution are prohibited pursuant to the provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 2.
Article 74 (Penalties) Any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.
Person who displays, sells, or exhibits for the purpose of sale in violation of the provisions of Article 8, Paragraph 4
A person who distributes, sells, leases, or publicly displays obscene symbols, words, sounds, images, or videos in violation of the provisions of Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1.
A person who repeatedly causes symbols, words, sounds, images, or videos that induce fear or anxiety to reach another person in violation of the provisions of Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3.
Person who has taken technical measures in violation of the provisions of Article 50, Paragraph 6
A person who transmits advertising information in violation of the provisions of Article 50-8; a person who collects, sells, distributes, or uses email Address for information transmission in violation of the provisions of Article 50-2
Person who transmits advertising information in violation of the provisions of Article 50-8
A person who fails to Tuition Fee Payment a change in Tuition Fee Payment matters or report the transfer, acquisition, merger, or inheritance of a business in violation of Article 53, Paragraph 4.
