2nd Edition: Right to Love
(Second Edition) Right to Love: Navtej Singh Johar v. Union of India – A Transformative Constitution and the Rights of LGBT Persons
To mark the third anniversary of the Navtej decision that read down Section 377 and decriminalises same sex relationships, ALF printed the second edition of Right to Love. Copies of the first edition were distributed widely among law students, representatives of political parties, students, teachers, members of the queer community, parents of queer people as well as the general public. By all accounts, the booklet was well received.
The Foreword to the second edition speaks about the judgement’s impact in the last three years and reflects about the path forward chartered by it.
