PennDOT authorized online messengers, third party CDL testers and temporary authority agents in your area.
PennDOT recommends calling these messengers and agents to plan your visit with them.

PennDOT does not publish individual Driver License and Photo Center telephone numbers. If you need assistance pertaining to a particular PennDOT Driver License or Photo Center, our Driver and Vehicle Services Customer
Call Center
staff will gladly assist you.
All PennDOT's Driver License Centers are now equipped to accept payment cards. All PennDOT's Driver License Centers will still accept checks or money orders as forms of payment, but no cash. The Riverfront Office Center Customer Counter currently accepts checks, money orders, and cash. PennDOT will charge a fee of $62 or more for each check returned as uncollectible.

REAL ID Centers are the fastest way to get your REAL ID. Your required documents will be verified in real-time, and your REAL ID will be issued same day.
Motorcycle Training Locations
The Pennsylvania Motorcycle Safety Program (PAMSP) has contracted with several third-party motorcycle training providers to offer motorcycle safety training classes that will include the motorcycle skills test licensing waiver.
Third Party Testers
Non-CDL driving skills tests may be scheduled at the third-party sites in addition to PennDOT Driver’s License Centers.
