Last year, KU awarded over $4 million in scholarships to incoming students. More than 80% of students receive financial aid to lower the cost of attending KU. Current and incoming students are encouraged to complete a scholarship profile each year between November st to March 22 nd . The majority of scholarships are then awarded between April 1 st through June 1 st . The search feature is always available. Note: University employee-dependent students are not eligible for merit scholarships, as they receive a tuition waiver. Details This is a one-time book award of $500 for one academic year (Fall or Spring only) to be utilized in the KU Campus Book Store. KU Foundation Scholarships Award (per year) Varies by award. PASSHE Scholarship Program Award Scholarships up to $3,000 per academic year are available for full-time students and up to $1,500 for part-time or non-credit bearing classes Eligibility The PASSHE Scholarship Program is open to all permanent and nonpermanent full-time and part-time employees that are in active pay status, except annuitants, and their eligible dependents. There is no minimum length of service requirement. Renewable Criteria Scholarships, unless additional renewable criteria are listed, require students at the end of each academic year to maintain a 2.5 Cumulative Grade Point Average and earn 24 credits.
