Dental Hygiene
You have what it takes to start changing lives — one smile at a time! At Goodwin University, you can start on the path to becoming a Dental Hygienist in as few as 24 months full-time. Our on-campus Dental Hygiene Clinic is designed to give you clinical experience similar to that of a real dental office — you’ll work under licensed faculty to assess patients, perform cleanings, and provide oral hygiene education to our most underserved communities. Plus, classes are offered days and evenings, giving you the flexibility you need to earn your degree.
Funeral Service
Funeral service professionals are truly the unsung heroes of our society — they are the compassionate individuals who support grieving families and ensure a person’s life is honored every step of the way. At Goodwin University, you can earn your associate degree in Funeral Service in as few as 24 months full-time! In addition to gaining experience in embalming and restorative art, our program will teach you the business management skills you need to effectively oversee funeral service processes for families in need.
Medical Assisting
Looking to jump into the healthcare field without spending years in school? Goodwin’s Medical Assisting certificate program is offered 100% online aside from on-campus clinical components, so you can complete the program and begin working in the field in as few as 12 months! This program also serves as a pathway for students to pursue an associate degree in Medical Assisting.
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Interested in helping individuals in your community live more independent, fulfilling lives? At Goodwin University, you can get on the fast track to a rewarding career as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in as few as 16 months full-time. Gain hands-on clinical training and learn how to provide adaptations for patients across the lifespan — all while studying under experienced Occupational Therapists in the field!

In as few as 8 months, you can earn your Welding certificate at Goodwin University and secure an in-demand career in manufacturing! You’ll work alongside experienced faculty in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where you’ll learn worksite safety, complete industry-standard welds, and more!
