DR. CHARLES C. NJOKU, MD
After the Biafra/Nigeria War, Dr. Njoku left home to the USA in 1971. BS degree in Chemistry/Biology in 1974. MD degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville TN in 1978. General Surgery/Trauma/Critical care from Youngstown Hospitals in 1984. Fellowships in Surgical Gastroenterology and Surgical Oncology. Private Practice of Surgery in 1984 to 2012.

Executive MBA in Healthcare Administration from Cleveland State University. A certified Precision Machinist from CVCC in Cleveland Ohio in 2008. Dr. Njoku returned home in 2016. He established John Charles Endoscopy Cancer Center at Works layout in Owerre Imo-State in 2016. He assumed the role of CMD/Administrator at Dews of Hope Specialist Hospital in 2022. Apart from his medical contribution to our people, Dr. Njoku hopes to establish a MACHINE TECHNOLOGY SCHOOL to train our young people in Machining, the bedrock of modern civilization and manufacturing.Attended St Patrick's College Calabar in the 1960s.
