I think the culture here is really strong. I did not expect myself to make so many friends, especially as an international student, but so many activities and so many things are always happening, and people want to include you in all things possible.

What is your favorite thing about the Farmer School?
I think the professors here are really approachable. I think all the professors I've had so far, they know my name. I don't think all my other friends from other universities have had the same experience. Because the classes are small, they know me, and it also makes them approachable. And that's a very special, unique experience that goes beyond your classroom.
What is East Bridge Consultancy?
East Bridge Consultancy is a student consulting firm. Our mission is twofold. In our client projects, we try to solve client questions, and we try to add value. As college students, we have such a difference perspective, and we have access to resources that the clients might not have. The second big part of our mission is preparing our members for career and consulting.
What is your biggest takeaway from working with East Bridge Consultancy?
I think the most important thing I’ve learned is how you talk about ideas. Because the most important thing in business communication is how you're telling a story, and you're keeping it structured, and you're keeping it relatable and keeping the audience engaged. It's real life problem solving -- there's a lot of information thrown at you, and you're expected to synthesize it, work with it, and be able to communicate back their information in a structured manner.
