Announcement: 29 April 2026 — “The Unyielding Song”. Symposium in Memory of Vera Rich (1936–2009) – Francis Skaryna Belarusian Library and Museum
The Shevchenko Library and Archive and the Francis Skaryna Library and Museum invite you to join a symposium marking the 90th anniversary of the birth of Vera Rich — an English poet, publicist, and translator of Ukrainian and Belarusian literature into English. Vera Rich created the first and still the finest anthology of Belarusian poetry in English translation,
