Visit CONG Civil Air Patrol Colorado Wing Civil Air Patrol Colorado Wing The Colorado Wing (COWG) of the Civil Air Patrol operates in the Rocky Mountain Region. COWG is comprised of 39 squadrons in four groups across Colorado. There are three types of squadrons: Cadet, Composite and Senior.
