Fill Entrance Form
Click "Fill Entrance Form" and complete all personal, academic, and contact details accurately. Upload your passport-size photo.

Submit & Get Reference No.
Submit the form. You will receive a unique reference number via SMS. Keep this safe for all future steps.

Pay Application Fee
Use your reference number to pay the application fee via eSewa. Click "Proceed to Payment" to complete payment.
5
Download Admit Card
After payment verification, download your admit card from the portal using your reference number and date of birth.
6
Attend Entrance Exam
Appear for the entrance examination on the scheduled date and venue mentioned on your admit card.

Submit your completed form along with all supporting documents. You will receive an acknowledgement with your application reference.

University Review
The admission committee will review your application and documents. Processing may take 2–4 weeks. You will be notified via email.

Visa & Enrollment
Upon approval, obtain your student visa through the Nepal Embassy in your country. Complete enrollment formalities at the university.
