Anketell Primary School (planning name)
A primary school for 550 students with a dental therapy unit and facilities to support approximately 50 students in a high needs Education Support Program.
The project will deliver:
a double-storey building incorporating administration, dental therapy unit, library, 5 education support classrooms and 13 general learning areas
a 7-classroom early childhood teaching block with associated play space
an Education Support Centre Hub building
a covered assembly building with music room and canteen
parking, hardcourts and landscaping works
a junior AFL football oval.
Byford North Primary School (planning name)
A primary school for 540 students with a dental therapy unit and facilities to support approximately 70 students in an Education Support Program.
The project will deliver:
a double-storey building incorporating administration, dental therapy unit, library, 7 early childhood classrooms with associated play space with 2 education support classrooms and 4 general learning areas on the first floor
an Education Support Hub building for high needs students inclusive of a hydrotherapy pool
a double-storey teaching block, with 9 general learning areas, 3 education support classrooms, and specialist teaching spaces for art and science
a covered assembly building with music room and canteen

a junior AFL football oval.
Eglinton North Primary School (planning name)
A primary school for 540 students with a dental therapy unit. This school will be constructed incorporating carbon reduction initiatives.
The project will deliver:
