Who is invited and how many?
What are the student expectations?
What if there is inclement weather?
What is the cost and how do I pay?
What should students wear?
Your school is encouraged to bring up to nine (9) students who are leaders in your ensembles. Bring your best leaders in terms of character, work ethic, motivation and vocal ability. The goal is to assemble 80 - 100 middle school students who enjoy working hard and making music together. The repertoire will be mixed voices so please bring both lower and upper voices.

Students are expected to demonstrate respect during the weekend. This includes being punctual to rehearsals, refraining from talking during rehearsals and giving attention to the leaders. The use of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs and tobacco products are prohibited.
In case of inclement weather, we will post updates to this webpage, so please check back closer to the event.
The cost is $25 per student which includes lunch, some Wingate swag and t-shirt and the cost of running the festival.
The registration form will close December 15. After submitting your form you will receive a confirmation email that includes payment instructions.
The payment must be made by January 15, 2026.
To accommodate the costs of food, supplies, and services rising, there will now be a teacher fee of $10 to cover teacher meals.
