Project Requests
Completion of the
Request for Work Form
– The Request for Work Form is how you initiate a project with IPS. After you have submitted the completed form, the IPS Supervisor will review your request and follow up with clarifying questions if necessary to complete the request.
Statement of Work
– The Statement of Work outlines the agreement. It outlines the final deliverables and expectations of both IPS and the customer. This includes:
Digitization parameters based on customer responses and FADGI guidelines.
Inventory requirements (if box count exceeds 10)
Authorized Users list
After a Request for Work and Statement of Work are completed, the IPS manager will schedule a delivery of materials and begin the Digitization process. All projects submitted to IPS will be Quality Assured, to ensure work is
Durable, Accurate, Complete
and
Clear.
