April 17
(Funding notifications begin to go out to approved students/families)
May 1 - June 1
(School selection required to be made to ensure funding by 7/1/26)

If submitting a still valid IEP (dated within the last three school years)
you will need to
Request the evaluating district to upload it to APEX, and
Locate the student’s UID (
