After School Programs
A Time to Play, Discover, and Unwind.
At Berkeley Hall, your child’s learning and connection keep going after the school day ends. From structured enrichment to open-ended play, our after school programs give students the opportunity to explore passions, build friendships, and hone skills on our beautiful 66-acre campus.
After school is where curiosity, creativity, and sportsmanship shine.
1. Extended Day Care (XDC)
2. Team Sports (Grades 4-8)
3. Enrichment Classes
A safe, supervised space until you’re ready to pick up.
Housed in the ECD Commons, our in-house Extended Daycare (XDC) program gives students a nurturing environment to unwind, play, or finish homework after school.
Available every school day for a small fee
Supervised by BHS faculty and staff
Supports flexible scheduling needs
Pairs easily with other after school programs
Extended Day Care (XDC) runs:
Until 5:30 pm for Nursery and Early Kindergarten (included in tuition)
Until 6:00 pm for Kindergarten–8th grade (billed monthly based on use)
Where school spirit meets personal growth.
Athletics is our largest after school program for older students. Your child will build resilience and teamwork on the court, field, or pool. Not to mention, experience the infectious Berkeley Hall spirit. Go Bobcats!
Co-ed interscholastic teams in volleyball, basketball, baseball, flag football, soccer, swim, and track & field
Open to Grades 4–8 (select third graders may be invited)

Hands-on fun, real-world skills.
Our enrichment partners offer something for every child whether they’re sporty, imaginative, or curious about the world. Classes are scheduled seasonally and vary by age.
