Senior School Co-Curriculum
We offer a wide range of co-curricular activities to complement the academic curriculum and provide pupils with experiences and opportunities beyond the formal classroom.
Pupils' extensive achievements are the result of the wide-ranging and extensive co-curricular programme… [they] seize the many opportunities presented to them by their teachers to follow their own interests and passions, whilst at the same time gaining outstanding results in their external examinations.
ISI Report 2021
With over 60 weekly sports clubs (not counting matches and fixtures which involve over 150 teams playing more than 1,200 competitive games across the year), 40 musical ensembles and 220 exciting and diverse co-curricular options to choose from, our pupils have the opportunity to express themselves on the stage, the screen, the page or the pitch!
Our aim? To give pupils the space to try new things and find their passions.
Once those passions are ignited many of our pupils go on to take leading roles in running co-curricular activities for younger pupils through our clubs and societies. Pupil input is recognised through our colours system whereby outstanding contribution is recognised annually with ties and badges being awarded for Full and Half Colours, and Commendations, across all sections of the school. Pupils also have the opportunity to shape our co-curriculum offer through the Co-Curricular Council.

Because of all the opportunities I have had, and the willingness of the teachers to help me fit everything in, I feel I am fulfilling my potential in both sport and music. I feel I'm achieving a lot and I'm having fun.
