Report an immigration or border crime
Contact the Home Office if you think someone is:
living or working in the UK illegally
employing someone who is not allowed to work in the UK
involved in smuggling
involved in illegal immigration
involved in an illegal ‘sham’ marriage
In an emergency, dial 999 and ask for the police.
You should only use this service to report immigration or border crime.
There are other ways to:
report crime
that’s not immigration related
report an immigration adviser
report tax fraud or avoidance
tell the Home Office about a separation or divorce
if your visa is based on your relationship
How to report
You should only report a crime once.
Make your report in English and give as much detail as you can about the immigration or border crime.
You do not have to give your name and address.
Any information will be treated as confidential.
