• Follow instructions for fasting if required
• Bring your photo ID
• Bring your insurance card
• Bring your lab order from your provider (if applicable)
Step 2: Sample Collection
• Blood Draw: A quick pinch from a vein in your arm
• Urine Sample: Collected privately in a designated area
• Tissue or Body Fluid: Collected by your healthcare provider
Most visits are quick, so you can get your testing done without a long wait.

• Lab results are sent directly to your provider and are also available in your patient portal
