Reservation of Seats
Admission to M.Sc./ M. Tech./ MBA (Agribusiness) Programmes shall be open
to all eligible candidates subject to the reservation of seats.
Normal Seats (HP Domicile):
30% of Normal Seats: ICAR
Remaining: HP Domicile residents
Reservation Roster:
SC 15% - Roster point 1,8,14,22,28,36
ST 7.5% - Roster point 4,17,31
PwD 5% - Roster point 20,40
EWS 10% - Roster point 9,19,29,39
The remaining seats are for UR candidates. Self-financing seats are open at national level.
Basis of Admission
Normal & Self-financing seats:
Marks obtained in Postgraduate Entrance Test-2023 (PGET-2023) will be
considered. Candidates with less than 45 marks are not eligible.
Sports and Co-curricular Activities Seats:
Merit based on aggregate score in sports & co-curricular activities during
last 4 years, with weightage as per the following table:
