We will answer calls within 30 seconds.
Emails
We will respond to general enquiries and feedback within 3 working days. For more complex enquiries, we seek your understanding that we may need more time for review before responding to you.
Applications for Business Regulatory Approvals
We endeavour to process such applications within 30 working days upon receipt of complete and accurate information and documentation. The time taken to respond to our clarifications will not be counted.
