Mater operates under the canonical sponsorship and civil ownership of
Mercy Partners
, which serves as its Public Juridic Person. In civil terms, Mercy Partners Limited is the sole Member of Mater. While Mercy Partners holds this overarching responsibility, the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Mater remain under the governance of the Mater Board.
Mercy Partners is committed to ensuring that Mater thrives as a Catholic ministry, contributing to a world where the healing, liberating, and life-giving mercy of God is made known and experienced.
